A Week of Weddings & Corporate Events with The AfterParty
Another huge week for The AfterParty, taking our live wedding band, acoustic music, DJ SAX and full production across some incredible venues in the Cotswolds, Cornwall and beyond. From intimate daytime performances to full-scale evening parties, this week was all about creating completely unforgettable celebrations.
Friday: Chipping Norton & The Frogmill
Friday saw two of our teams out bringing the music to two very different celebrations.
At a beautiful marquee wedding in Chipping Norton, our 5-piece wedding band took over the evening party, filling the marquee with live music and getting everyone onto the dancefloor. Earlier in the day, Marcello performed acoustically for the ceremony and drinks reception, creating a relaxed soundtrack before the party really got started. We love being able to provide music throughout the day, creating a seamless entertainment experience from those first drinks through to the final song of the night.
Over at The Frogmill, one of our favourite Cotswolds wedding venues, another AfterParty team provided full-day wedding entertainment. The day began with live acoustic music before the full band line-up took over for the evening reception. It was the perfect example of how our wedding entertainment can evolve throughout the day, from relaxed live music during the daytime to a high-energy live band party in the evening.
Saturday: Lusty Glaze & Eastington Park
Saturday took us from the Cotswolds all the way to the Cornish coast, with one of our teams performing at the incredible Lusty Glaze in Cornwall.
This was the ultimate full-day wedding entertainment package, with music for the ceremony, drinks reception and cocktail hour before the full band performed on the beach for the evening party. There is something pretty special about live music, a packed dancefloor and a beach setting — and this was exactly the kind of party The AfterParty was made for.
Meanwhile, another team headed to Eastington Park for another full day of wedding entertainment. The celebrations included daytime live music followed by the full evening band, with the saxophone upgrade added to take the party to another level. Our live sax and band combination is always a favourite for couples looking to create a huge party atmosphere, bringing an extra burst of energy to the dancefloor.
Monday: Corporate Party at The Hilton Metropole
Monday was all about corporate events, with our biggest Ultimate AfterParty set-up taking over The Hilton Metropole.
For this event, we brought out the full 7-piece line-up, complete with dual male and female vocals, saxophone and our full lighting production. This is our biggest and most immersive corporate entertainment format, designed for events where you really want to make an impact.
