August Is Officially in Full Swing: Four Weddings, Four Bands & One Mega Saturday!

August has officially arrived… and for us, that means all hands on deck!
It’s no secret that August is one of the busiest months of the year for The AfterParty. Wedding season is in full swing, diaries are packed, and our teams are travelling up and down the country to bring live music, dancing and unforgettable party atmospheres to weddings everywhere.
But last week was something else.
Thursday saw us at the stunning Hyde House with our full band, before Saturday turned into a seriously BIG day for the business — with four separate AfterParty teams performing at four different weddings across the country, all in one night.
Yes… FOUR BANDS. ONE NIGHT.
Here’s where we were…
Thursday – Hyde House
We kicked things off at the beautiful Hyde House on Thursday with our full band.
Hyde House is always a favourite, and there’s something pretty special about filling the space with a full live band as the evening gets underway. From the first song to the final dance, our team were there to get the party started and keep the dance floor moving.
And little did we know, Saturday was about to take things to another level…
Saturday – FOUR WEDDINGS. FOUR TEAMS. ONE VERY BUSY DAY.
Saturday was a MEGA day for The AfterParty.
With four bands heading out across the country, our teams were spread from Essex to the Lake District — each delivering a completely different wedding experience.
🎤 Crondon Park, Essex
First up was Crondon Park, where our team were there for the full wedding day.
The celebrations started with ceremony music before moving into the drinks reception, where our Acoustic Jukebox provided the soundtrack.
Then, as the evening arrived, it was time to turn things up a notch with the full band and saxophone.
From beautiful acoustic moments during the daytime to a packed dance floor in the evening — this one really had the full AfterParty experience.
🎶 Hyde House
Our second team headed back to Hyde House for another full-day wedding.
From the earlier celebrations through to the evening party, our musicians were there to provide the soundtrack to the entire day.
It’s exactly what we love about what we do — being part of a wedding from the first arrival right through to the final dance.
🎸 Highly Manor, Haywards Heath
Our third team were down in Haywards Heath at Highley Manor for an evening wedding party.
And this was all about the party.
Our full band took to the stage and got the celebrations properly underway, bringing the energy, big songs and live performance that The AfterParty is known for.
🎷 Ghyll Barn, Lake District
And finally… our fourth team headed all the way up to the Lake District for a full day at Ghyll Barn.
This one went from ceremony to final song, with our team providing music throughout the entire day.
The daytime was filled with acoustic music before the full band took over in the evening — taking the celebrations from relaxed wedding atmosphere to full-on party mode.
Four Bands. One Night. Hundreds of Guests. Endless Dancing.
When you look at a Saturday like this, it really highlights just how much goes on behind the scenes at The AfterParty.
While one team is performing in Essex, another is in Gloucestershire, another is in West Sussex and another is travelling all the way to the Lake District.
Different venues. Different couples. Different teams.
But the same mission every time:
Make it a night to remember.
August is only just getting started, and if last week is anything to go by, we’re in for one seriously busy month.
Four weddings in one night was a big one… but we’re ready for more.
