A Huge Week of Weddings: The AfterParty Across the UK, Italy & Portugal

It’s been another seriously busy week for The AfterParty, with a packed run of weddings taking us from some of the Cotswolds’ most beautiful wedding venues to celebrations in Lincolnshire, Italy and Portugal.
From ceremony music right through to the final song of the night, this week was all about creating a complete soundtrack for the entire wedding day.
Ivy Lodge – Full Day Wedding Entertainment
We kicked things off at Ivy Lodge, where we provided music from the ceremony right through to the last song of the evening.
Our live music accompanied the couple throughout the day before our evening party band took over, with the PRO DJ upgrade keeping the music going between live sets and into the early hours.
Ivy Lodge is a stunning wedding venue and we’re proud to be one of their recommended wedding entertainment suppliers, helping couples create the perfect atmosphere from ceremony to party.
Kingscote Barn – Acoustic Music & 5-Piece Party Band
Next up was Kingscote Barn, one of the Cotswolds’ best-known barn wedding venues.
We provided relaxed acoustic live music during the daytime, before turning things up in the evening with our full 5-piece party band.
It’s always a brilliant combination for a barn wedding – live acoustic music to soundtrack the daytime celebrations, followed by a full band bringing the energy to the dancefloor.
De Vere Cotswold Water Park – Full Day of Music
We also spent the day at De Vere Cotswold Water Park, providing entertainment from daytime celebrations through to the evening party.
Our acoustic musicians provided the soundtrack during the day and cocktail hour, before our 5-piece party band took to the stage in the evening. The couple also upgraded to our PRO DJ, meaning there was music throughout the entire celebration with no gaps in the party.

Cissbury Barns – Acoustic Daytime & Evening Band
Over at Cissbury Barns, we provided another complete wedding music package, starting with acoustic music during the daytime before moving into a full evening party with the band.
Cissbury Barns is a beautiful countryside wedding venue and a fantastic setting for live music, with the relaxed daytime atmosphere seamlessly transforming into a proper wedding party once the band took over.
A Marquee Wedding in Lincolnshire
Then it was off to Lincolnshire for a huge marquee wedding, where the brief was simple: throw a massive party!
With a full day of music and a packed dancefloor, the evening was all about the biggest party classics, bringing everyone together and keeping the energy high throughout the night.
There’s something particularly special about marquee weddings – you can create your own atmosphere from scratch, and this one certainly delivered.
Italy – DJ & Sax Duo
We also sent our DJ & Sax Duo to Italy for an unforgettable destination wedding.
Combining a live saxophonist with a professional DJ, the duo brings the perfect balance of live performance and non-stop party music – ideal for couples planning a wedding abroad who want a high-energy evening without a full band.
Portugal – Acoustic Wedding Music
And finally, our acoustic team headed to Portugal, providing live music across several parts of a destination wedding.
We performed during the ceremony, drinks reception and welcome party the night before, creating a relaxed live soundtrack across the celebrations.
