From iconic London institutions to stunning countryside venues in the Cotswolds, this past week saw multiple Afterparty bands travelling across the UK delivering unforgettable wedding celebrations, packed dancefloors, incredible live music, and the kind of atmosphere that turns a great wedding into an extraordinary one.
Here’s a look back at one of our busiest — and most exciting — weekends yet.
Thursday - Kingscote Barn, Cotswolds
We kicked off the weekend at the beautiful Kingscote Barn — one of the Cotswolds’ most loved wedding venues, and always a favourite for relaxed luxury weddings with stunning countryside views.
This was a full-day entertainment experience, with The Afterparty providing music from the very beginning of the day right through to the final song of the night.
The celebrations started with an intimate acoustic soloist performance during the ceremony, before guests moved outside for drinks reception vibes featuring our hugely popular Acoustic Jukebox service — a live, interactive experience that always creates such a fun atmosphere.
As the evening arrived, the full band took over for a packed dancefloor and an electric party atmosphere to finish the day in style.
The perfect way to start an incredibly busy weekend.
Friday - Stylish Celebrations in Cheltenham & Stroud
Friday saw TWO Afterparty bands out simultaneously at completely different — but equally incredible — weddings.
131 Cheltenham - Sophisticated Townhouse Wedding Vibes
First up was the effortlessly stylish 131 Cheltenham for a luxury townhouse wedding filled with cocktails, candlelight, and serious party energy.
The day began with our acoustic soloist setting the tone for the ceremony before seamlessly moving into drinks reception entertainment, creating the perfect laid-back but sophisticated atmosphere for guests.
As evening arrived, the full band transformed the venue into a full-scale party, with one particularly unforgettable custom first dance moment that made the night feel incredibly personal and unique to the couple.

Private Marquee Wedding - Stonehouse, Stroud
Meanwhile, another Afterparty band was performing at a stunning private marquee wedding in Stonehouse near Stroud.
With glorious weather, incredible countryside views, and a beautifully styled marquee setting, this wedding had the perfect recipe for an unforgettable summer celebration.
The couple chose our full evening band package alongside our PRO DJ upgrade — keeping the energy high all night long and ensuring the dancefloor never stopped.

Saturday - London Luxury & Family Party Energy
Saturday was another HUGE day for The Afterparty, with two more bands performing at very different but equally spectacular weddings.
Pall Mall, London - The Royal Automobile Club
WOW.
Saturday saw one of our bands performing at the iconic Royal Automobile Club on Pall Mall — and honestly, what a venue.
From the moment you walk through the doors, everything about this venue feels timeless, luxurious, and unmistakably grand. The architecture, the service, the atmosphere — it’s the definition of classic London elegance.
This was a full-day wedding celebration with The Afterparty providing entertainment throughout the day, alongside our professional DJ service to keep the party flowing seamlessly into the early hours.
The entire event felt effortlessly sophisticated — stylish guests, black tie glamour, champagne flowing, and a dancefloor absolutely packed from start to finish.
These are the kinds of weddings we absolutely love being part of: premium celebrations where live entertainment plays a central role in creating a truly unforgettable guest experience.

At the same time, another Afterparty band was performing at the beautiful Minster Mill for another full-day wedding celebration.
This wedding included ceremony music, drinks reception entertainment, and a full evening party band — with live saxophone added into the evening lineup for even more energy and interaction.
The entire day had such a warm, family-focused atmosphere, with guests of all ages filling the dancefloor from the very first set.
Fun, relaxed, and full of huge singalong moments — exactly what wedding parties should be about.
Sunday - Ending the Weekend at Eastington Park
To round off an unforgettable week, The Afterparty headed to the stunning Eastington Park on Sunday for another full-day wedding celebration.
With incredible sunshine throughout the day, guests enjoyed chilled cocktail-hour vibes in the Garden Room before the evening celebrations exploded into one of the biggest parties of the weekend.
Huge energy.
Huge crowd.
Absolutely packed dancefloor.
From the first song to the final encore, the atmosphere was non-stop celebration — the perfect ending to an incredible run of weddings.
